  • Professional dismantling and disposal of 4,200 m² of plasterboard ceilings, including wooden sub-structures and artificial mineral fiber (AMF/KMF) insulation in accordance with TRGS 521.

  • Expert dismantling and disposal of 5,000 m² of wooden ceilings, including wooden sub-structures and AMF/KMF insulation in accordance with TRGS 521.

  • Professional removal and disposal of 5,500 m² of PVC and carpet floor coverings, including all resulting materials.

  • Expert removal and disposal of 180 wooden doors, including steel and wooden door frames.

  • Specialized removal, packaging, and disposal of 5,500 linear meters of PCB-containing expansion joints between concrete and masonry walls in compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Professional removal, dust-tight packaging, and disposal of 150 m² of asbestos-containing Eternit panels beneath window sills, including sub-structures in accordance with TRGS 519.

  • Expert removal, dust-tight packaging, and disposal of 1,000 asbestos-containing pipe sleeves and 1,300 linear meters of asbestos-containing ceiling strips in accordance with TRGS 519.

  • Execution of coarse and fine cleaning following pollutant remediation work (PCB, asbestos, and AMF) across a total area of 10,000 m² in accordance with applicable technical regulations.

  • Professional removal and disposal of 1,400 m² of window elements, including all mounting and connection components.

  • Expert dismantling and disposal of 1,600 m² of prefabricated facade elements made from insulated exposed aggregate concrete panels.

  • Professional removal and disposal of 1,000 linear meters of PCB-containing facade joints between the precast concrete panels in accordance with applicable pollutant regulations.

  • Installation of temporary weather protection comprising 1,875 m² of OSB panels with a timber sub-structure, including professional sealing and securing.

  • Specialized demolition and disposal of 465 linear meters of reinforced concrete louvers in the stairwell area.

  • Expert dismantling and disposal of 850 m² of exterior venetian blinds, including all mounting and guide systems.
